Additional digital images may be purchased at a cost of £15.00 each
T&C's A non refundable deposit of £25.00 is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The balance must be paid prior to receiving your final images. If you cannot make your chosen time because of illness and have contacted me prior to your appointment, a voucher will be issued for £25.00 which you will be able to use on an alternate date/alternate shoot. Please familiarise yourself with my full T&C’s.

* MAGICAL CHRISTMAS MINI SESSIONS 2022*
It’s that time of year again and I’m so excited to be holding this years Christmas Mini Sessions in my Studio in Doddinghurst, Brentwood again. These 20 minute sessions take place within a bespoke Christmas-themed set designed by me with plenty of props to keep your children interested whilst I capture some truly magical and festive photos.
I have been asked to give you guys a choice of two different themes this year! So I have managed to do this!!
On Saturday 12th November and Saturday 3rd December the set up will be my Christmas archway with a Magic lamp session.On Saturday 19th November and Saturday 26th November it will be my Christmas tree background with Magic book session. Please keep this in mind when booking your time slots.
These sessions are suitable for babies that can sit unaided through to 8 year olds. Due to space in my studio I can only offer these sessions for 1-2 children at a time. ( although please get in touch before booking if you do have 3 children as depends on their age and size whether I'll be able to accomodate you )
Whether you have booked the Christmas Archway with Magic Lamp Session or My Christmas Tree Session with Magic Book this is what will happen on the day;
1.Images will be taken within my Bespoke Christmassy backdrop. For my Christmas Archway, the colour scheme this year is silvers, greys, anthracite, whites and pearls. I have kept the design simple yet elegant designing a Christmas Arch way that the children can sit under, stand in front of or next to. The second theme is my Christmas Tree design which is dark and full of rich reds.The children can sit among wrapped presents and be surrounded by Christmas props.
2. During the Christmas Archway backdrop I will capture "A Magical Lamp" image and during the Christmas tree backdrop session I will capture a "Magic Book"image. This is where the magic of editing comes into play!
All backgrounds are designed by myself so you will not see your image anywhere else! Every image is taken by myself and they will all be professionally and creatively edited for you. As promised a touch of magic will be added this year as always!
Tips
Keep it simple with either Christmas jumpers and jeans, Christmas PJ's, Christmas themed onesies or your child's favourite floaty party dress/outfit. Either dress in subtle muted/pale colours such as lilacs, pinks, whites will go beautifully and blend in with the background or go with a rich Christmas red, green or blue! If you need any help with deciding on outfits I'm happy to help you prior to your session. Please note there will be no time for change of clothes during this mini session. If this is something you'd like it can be possible but would incur an additional charge and longer session time.
Lastly If you wish bring along your child's/children's favourite soft toy. Including these makes for a lovely personalised keepsake.
How To Book
To Book your time slot please book through the online booking form. Find a date and time that suit you. Fill out the booking form with your details. Please check the dates you book with your chosen backdrops as there will only be one backdrop per session.
You will then receive a booking confirmation with instructions on how to pay the non refundable £25.00 deposit needed to secure your chosen date and time. The remaining balance can be paid once you have received your proof images and place your order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* I have allowed at least 10 minutes in between each session to clean and sanitise the Studio and props etc.
* Please do not attend if you or your children are not well including any cold or coughs or a high temperature. In this instance, I will be happy to rearrange your appointment. As this is in my home environment and I suffer with low immune system I reserve the right to turn you away if you are showing any of these symptoms so please be considerate of this.
* Please arrive 5 minutes before your session start time and wait in your car. I shall come out to welcome you.
* I will not be able to keep your space if you are late as these shoots are limited and it will have a knock on affect to other clients during the day. If you are late this will eat into your own session time. If you arrive after your session time or 5 minutes towards the end you will unfortunately be turned away and no refunds will be given. Please do bear this in mind and leave yourself plenty of time to arrive.
