Terms and Conditions
When you sign up for a photoshoot with me, these are the automatic Terms and Conditions that you agreeing to upon booking the shoot. Please have a good read through and make sure you are happy with them before proceeding.

1. DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of this agreement the Photographer is Christina Neate. The Photographer’s client is a direct client (i.e. with no agency or intermediary). “Photographs” means all photographic material produced by the Photographer whether transparencies, negatives, prints
2. COPYRIGHT
All original images remain the property of Christina Neate Photography. The entire copyright of the images is retained by the Photographer at all times throughout the world. No photographs may be copied or reproduced in any media by any means.

3. PUBLISHING
The Client will be authorised to publish the Photographs to the exclusion of all other persons including the Photographer. However, the Photographer retains the right in all cases to use the Photographs in any manner at any time and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting her work. Any under 16’s I will get you, as the parent, to sign a model release form to get your prior agreement for online use of the images.

4. CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
The photographer will keep your details confidential and will not disclose to any third parties or make use of material or information communicated to her in confidence for the purposes of the photography. They will be saved to enable the Photographer to carry out her obligations in relation to the commission.

5. PAYMENT
At time of booking, a non refundable deposit of £25.00 will be due with the remaining balance to be paid prior to the client receiving their chosen digital images.

6. CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT
A booking is considered firm as from the date of confirmation/deposit received. The deposit is non refundable.

Locations shoots are dependant on reasonable weather conditions. Should I feel they are unsuitable to proceed on the day, I will transfer your booking to a mutually convenient date.

Should I be unable to attend your shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, I shall notify you as soon as possible and transfer your booking to a mutually convenient date.

COVID 19 CANCELLATION
With regards to COVID 19, we ask that you do not attend the photoshoot, whether it's in the Studio or on location if:
​
- the client has been contacted by track and trace and told to isolate
- the client is self isolating
- the client has any of the COVID symptoms
On this occasion, the Photographer will be able to postpone and rearrange. A cancellation charge will be taken (the deposit) if the client does not inform us prior to the photoshoot that they will not be attending due to the reasons mentioned above.

The photoshoot could also be cancelled if I, or anyone involved in the set up of the photoshoot, display COVID symptoms or are isolating. In this instance, your shoot will be rearranged at a mutually convenient time.
7. STORAGE
I will hold all images taken for a three month period after the photoshoot. After this period I cannot be reasonably expected to keep any images.

8. APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. VARIATION
These Terms and Conditions shall not be varied except by agreement in writing.
10. COVID 19
COVID procedures will be put in place on the day of the shoot as follows:
​
- Inside Studio shoots will be booked with a 30 minute gap in between sessions where the Studio will be fully sanitised.
- All client must sanitise their hands with the sanitiser provided prior to entering the Studio.
- Once inside the Studio, everyone must wear a mask. Children over 11 are to wear a mask until in position for their shoot.
- I shall keep my distance at all times and instruct you as the parent/model from a distance. If I need to get closer that two meters, I shall wear a mask.

Please do not attend if you or anyone in your household are experiencing any of the COVID symptoms or are waiting for the results of a COVID test.
​
Please arrive promptly at your allocated time slot and wait outside the property until greeted. Failure to arrive on time may result in your shoot being cancelled.
11. PACKAGES
The details/prices of sessions on the website can change respectively at any time. Once your booking is confirmed, the prices will remain as they are at the time of booking and not change.
12. DBS
I have a current DBS check and this can be provided if required.
